For the first time, I will be teaching a shorter intro to tapestry workshop at Atelier Sem Forma! This time, we will weave on a small nail loom. This is a simple and relaxed way to learn how to weave and a great way to take your first steps in the world of weaving. This tapestry technique differs from the regular intro to tapestry workshops, as the loom used (and consequently the warp winding) is different.

In this workshop we will make a small tapestry in an intuitive way, learning how to wind the warp on a nail loom and weave a fabric from scratch using the manual weaving technique. No prior experience is required.

All materials are included, as well as some tools such as frame looms that participants will use to produce a small tapestry.
